Comfort and performance in a single component
Dryer Plus is a bathroom radiator designed to provide heating, towel drying, and instant comfort through the integration of a fan heater within its structure.
PQ Design Group oversaw the product design, focusing on striking a balance between technical performance, functional integration, and aesthetics, with the goal of creating a piece that blends harmoniously into contemporary bathroom settings.
Particular attention was paid to the clean lines and the integration of technical components, transforming a highly functional product into a discreet and elegant piece of furniture.
Integrate the fan heater without compromising on aesthetics
One of the main objectives was to integrate the ventilation system into the radiator while maintaining a clean and consistent design language. The product was intended to preserve the elegance typical of a designer radiator, ensuring that the technical component did not take center stage.
Reduce bulk and visual impact
An analysis of the main competitors revealed products that are often characterized by large dimensions and very prominent technical components. The project was developed with the goal of creating a more compact, unobtrusive, and harmonious solution that would blend more naturally into the bathroom environment.
Balancing Performance and Design
Integrating the fan heater, electrical components, and radiant elements required careful balancing of technical requirements, manufacturing constraints, and perceived quality, while ensuring the product remained consistent with the brand’s premium positioning.
